First and foremost the service at this hotel was excellent!! From prior to arrival and even after departure David and his staff are willing and happy to help with anything they can. He is easily reached by email for a variety of questions and happy to reply quickly. He helped us even with transportation to and from Mindo, helping us arrange a taxi for a long commute to Quito.
Upon arrival he greeted us with his staff and adorable dogs! Took our baggage up to our bungalow and helped us book/plan multiple activities for the next day. The room was extremely clean and modern, very comfortable.
They were happy to fix an excellent breakfast and even dinner if you are interested and you can eat in the lovely dining area or in your room on the balcony if you desire.
