Top-notch accommodations with spectacular view
After experiencing two other ‘less-than-memorable’ hotels in Ecuador, let me tell you, we were very happy to have finished up our vacation at Las Terrazas de Dana near Mindo. Everything on site was newly constructed. Large bed, jetted spa, good-sized flat-screen TV – amenities you just don’t find anywhere down in Ecuador. Proprietor David Brito speaks fluent English and made sure we were taken care of. You may think of walking into Mindo for food, but you’ll learn (like we did) that the best quality food is made on-site. The house cook, Veronica, made us a tasty breakfast every morning (at a time we selected) to enjoy on our patio. Overall a great experience – I hope to return.
